How to Participate

TO PARTICIPATE IN THE CONFERENCE:

1. Fill in the online registration form and submit the abstract file before April 15, 2022.
2. Pay the registration fee and send a scan (photo) of the receipt to  ofr2022nnov@mail.ru  by July 1, 2022. Please note that Plenary Speakers are exempt from the registration fee.

You can participate in the conference IN-PERSON or VIRTUALLY. Please indicate your intended form of participation in the registration form.

Lobachevsky State University of Nizhny Novgorod will provide visa support to conference attendees. Please contact the Organizing Committee by e-mail ofr2022nnov@mail.ru

WORKING LANGUAGES: Russian, English.

The Conference Proceedings will be published in e-book format with the assignment of ISBN and inclusion in the Russian Science Citation Index (RSCI) database.

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION RULES

• Files docx, doc, rtf are accepted.
• Please  use the Family name of the speaker as the file name (Example: Smith.docx).
• Abstract volume: no more than one A4 page, margins of 2 cm on each side.
  Font Times New Roman, size 10 pt, line spacing 1.0, no extra paragraph spacing.
• Title: bold, center alignment, sentence case capitalization. Separated by a blank line from subsequent text.
• Authors: Surname followed by initials (different affiliations are indicated by superscripts ^*,^**, etc.), bold italics, center alignment. In case of co-authored work, the name of the presenting author is underlined. Separated by a blank line from subsequent text.
• Affiliation, address with indication of the city and country: center alignment.
• E-mail: center alignment. Separated by a blank line from subsequent text.
• Main text: justified, no paragraph indent. Latin names of species, genera and families are in italics. 
• Tables, figures, equations, diagrams, and references to literature are not allowed.

 You may use an  Abstract template.

The materials accepted for publication will be published in the author's version.

The Organizing Committee reserves the right to reject the submitted Abstracts if they do not correspond to the scientific topics of the conference or do not meet the requirements to abstracts listed above, deadlines for submitting materials or payment conference fee.
